Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales through effective communication and organisational skills. This position requires a proactive individual who can engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions while also contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Duties
Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within the working day.
Experience
Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in English is required. A customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
