Your Role: Sales and Marketing Assistant

As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you'll represent major UK clients through direct, face-to-face marketing campaigns in residential and event-based environments. You'll act as the face of our clients' brands — ensuring every customer interaction is professional, informative, and impactful.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Represent client products and services with confidence and accuracy.
  • Engage with potential customers through residential or event-based campaigns.
  • Build relationships, deliver presentations, and handle queries professionally.
  • Support campaign planning, setup, and reporting.
  • Attend daily development meetings and apply training to live interactions.
  • Track performance and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared targets and goals.

This is a
self-employed position
, giving you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while benefiting from daily mentoring, structured training, and a transparent career progression path.

Earnings and Progression

Scope Enterprise offers a
commission-based pay structure
that rewards results, not hours. There are
no caps or limits
to your earning potential.


Average Weekly Earnings:
£350–£550 during training


Top Performers:
£700–£1,000 per week

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • 18 years or older with full UK working rights (self-employed status).
  • Available at least 4 days per week (Monday–Saturday).
  • Professional, punctual, and open to feedback.
  • Excellent communicators who enjoy engaging with people.
  • Goal-driven, ambitious, and resilient under pressure.

Previous sales or marketing experience is
helpful
but not required. All training is provided internally by experienced professionals.

visas due to government restrictions on self-employment.
