Job position: Sales Enablement Manager 



Office location: Chelsea, London (Hybrid- 4 days in the office)

The Opportunity  



We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to drive sales performance optimisation and operational excellence across all executive education product lines. You'll play a pivotal role in equipping our global sales teams with the tools, insights and training they need to succeed.   



From AI-powered knowledge assistants to onboarding journeys and sales enablement resources (playbooks), you'll help shape how our salespeople access information, sharpen their skills, execute our strategy, and deliver value to HR and L&D decision-makers at some of the world's largest organizations.

Key responsibilities 



Drive Sales Strategy Execution 



Develop and deploy consistent sales methodologies to improve win rates and pipeline predictability 



Execute our GTM strategy by continuously updating and optimising playbooks, how-to guides, and sales enablement materials 



Optimize Sales Tools & Systems   



Drive adoption of systems and processes by delivering engaging communications and training 



Improve data quality, user adoption, and reporting capabilities and increase selling time  



Develop High-Impact Sales Content / Sales Collateral Management and RFP support  



Create and manage pitch decks, case studies, and RFP templates that support deal conversion and streamline RFP responses 



Lead Training & Onboarding 



Design and deliver scalable programs that accelerate ramp-up and elevate team performance, partnering with our People team 



Manage Sales Ops Function 



Coach and develop a Sales Operations Analyst to support enablement initiatives 



The skills & experience we look for 



Eligibility to work in the UK  



4+ years of experience in B2B sales, sales operations, or sales enablement  



Proven track record of implementing sales process improvements with measurable results  



Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects  



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and influence across diverse global teams  



Strong organizational and project management skills  



Practical, innovative, and action-oriented problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement  



Confidence working with digital tools, systems, and data, with the ability to move between strategic thinking and detail execution  



Experience with Salesforce CRM or other sales tech platforms is a strong advantage
