Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Park Manager to join our team at Slick City in the UK. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience while overseeing park operations. The Park Manager will embody our mission of delivering Better than Awesome Guest Experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Park Operations & Safety
  • Ensure the park is clean, safe, and family-friendly at all times
  • Enforce park rules, industry safety standards, and sanitation protocols
  • Oversee daily operations, including cash/sales control, inventory, party management, and opening/closing procedures
  • Be accountable for all incidents, injuries, or critical events—transparency is essential
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the entire park team
  • Develop Assistant Managers and team members through hands-on mentorship
  • Promote a positive culture that encourages excellence, safety, and fun
  • Have courageous conversations to drive improvement and accountability
  • Business Strategy & Results
  • Manage park P&Ls and ensure profitability and efficiency
  • Drive revenue through membership sales, birthday parties, events, and repeat visits
  • Consistently deliver top-tier customer service
  • Focus on year-over-year traffic growth through guest satisfaction and community reputation
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Maintain clear, honest, and open communication across all levels
  • Keep Senior Management informed—good or bad—through timely and accurate reporting

Qualifications

  • 5 years of management experience in a customer-facing, operational, leisure or retail environment
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage P&L statements, and drive business results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
