  • Operations & Setup
  • Set up SOPs (check-in, room cleaning, linen, maintenance, reporting)
  • Manage cleaners
  • Schedule deep cleans, room turns, linen, supplier orders
  • Handle handyman/maintenance
  • visits
  • Organise stock (mini bar, cleaning supplies, amenities)

Admin & P&L

  • Take charge of daily reports
  • Handle OTA , Expedia, Airbnb if used)

Guest Experience

  • Be the point of contact
  • Manage complaints
  • Handle key handovers/check-ins if needed
  • Keep reviews consistently 8+

Compliance & Safety

  • Fire checks
  • Health & safety
  • Incident logs
  • Contractor coordination.

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to take full ownership of a 40-rooms boutique hotel in Central London. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can independently run all daily operations, manage cleaners, lead guest services, maintain quality control, and keep the property performing at a high standard.

You'll be responsible for supervision, guest satisfaction, and onsite operational decisions.

Accommodation could be provided within the premises
