We are looking for a motivated sales person to join our market leading team based at our Oakham office as a Full Time or Part Time Sales Negotiator.

Ideally we would like to recruit someone with estate agency experience, however this is not essential. This position would suit someone who is self motivated, has exceptional customer service skills and thrives in a busy working environment,

This role will involve:

* Registering clients and their property needs whether buyers or sellers.

* Booking viewings which may be accompanied by you.

* Arranging Valuations / Marketing Appraisals.

* Reporting and Negotiating offers.

* Providing clients regular weekly feedback and updates

* Financial Services Referrals

* Sale chasing from offer acceptance through to sales completion

* Direct marketing of properties to buyers on our database

* Dealing with targeted marketing campaigns, updating social media etc etc.

What you can expect from Murrays:

* Working for a market leading, long established firm of Chartered Surveyors & Estate Agents.

* A competitive package with pooled commission for sales and mortgage referrals with uncapped earning potential.

* The quoted salary package includes any commission and is dependant on number of days / hours per week worked (full time or part time)

* Working as part of a great team, 4 or 5 days per week plus alternate Saturday mornings
