Are you highly organised, detail-focused and enjoy supporting a busy team? We're looking for an Administrator to join our friendly, professional team at Knightsbridge Estate Agents, one of Leicester's leading independent estate agencies.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll play an important part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office. You'll be the link between our valuers, negotiators and clients — making sure information is accurate, documents are prepared on time, and that our service standards remain first-class.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to the sales and lettings teams
  • Prepare property documents, letters, and contracts with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and update our CRM systems and property portals
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, contractors and suppliers to progress transactions
  • Manage office filing, emails, and compliance documentation (including AML and ID checks)
  • Support the management team with diary organisation and general office duties

What we're looking for:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, professional, and friendly approach to work
  • Competence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided on )
  • Previous experience in an administrative role – ideally within property, though not essential
