**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Perform basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Organise and maintain electronic and paper filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Provide clerical support such as typing correspondence, memos, and other documents.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling appointments and preparing meeting materials.
- Support other administrative staff as needed to ensure overall office efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- High Proficiency in Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in using standard office equipment (computers, printers, etc.).

Pay: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
