The Role

As an Estate Agent at A N Estates Ltd, you will play a key role in assisting clients with property administrator & Management. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop a career in real estate. You will work closely with property landlords, tenants & maintenance teams.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Daily rent accounts, invoices, maintenance

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail when managing property listings, agreements, and reports.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen interest in the property market and a desire to develop a career in real estate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
