Readypower Rail Services is looking for a Training Delivery Manager. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, based from our Nottingham Depot.

The ideal candidate will deliver compliant, high-quality training and assessments while ensuring an exceptional learning experience.

The role:

  • Manage Trainer/Assessors to ensure all training and assessments meet company and industry requirements (RTAS, Sentinel, and NSAR)
  • Work closely with the admin team to plan and coordinate training and assessment events
  • Monitor training and competence records to ensure renewals are managed effectivel
  • Ensure training calendars are accurately maintained and updated in advance of events
  • Deliver company induction and refresher sessions for sponsored personnel
  • Coordinate practical assessments for new or prospective Operators where required
  • Support the Head of Training in preparing departmental reporting

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in plant operation
  • Must hold an approved and accredited qualification in training and assessing
  • Must hold an accredited Assessor & Level 4 Trainer qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of competence procedures
