Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive the business forward. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies. This role requires a creative thinker who can manage multiple projects while ensuring alignment with our organisational goals. The Marketing Manager will oversee SEO initiatives, social media management, email marketing campaigns, and Google Ads to enhance our online presence and engage our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage SEO efforts to improve website visibility and search rankings.
  • Oversee project management for various marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • manage ocial media , creating engaging content to foster community interaction and brand loyalty.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, analysing performance metrics to optimise engagement rates.
  • Utilise Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in social media management across various platforms, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using Google Ads for targeted advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics for performance tracking.
  • Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership qualities, capable of motivating and guiding a team towards achieving common goals.
