Organisation: Time Childcare (Charitable Incorporated Organisation)

Salary: £12.59 (L3 ages 21+) Paid evenly across 12 monthly payments or paid 28th of the month worked, applicants preference.

Holiday pay: Your pay includes 5.6 weeks of statutory holiday, which is added to your hourly rate and paid evenly across 12 monthly payments or paid 28th of the month worked.

Hours: 19.00 hours per week,October and February Half Terms, Easter and Summer Holidays, Tuesdays and Thursday 8am-6pm, 30 minute unpaid break.

Start Date: 17th February 2026 (induction session 2 hours w/c 9/2/25)

Interview Date: 11th November 2025

About the Role

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Educator/Play worker to join our team.

You'll help create engaging, creative, and stimulating experiences that support every child's development and wellbeing.

Working Hours:

  • Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am – 6.00pm
  • School Holidays excluding the Christmas Break

Our setting has extensive outdoor space, so an interest or experience in Forest School, gardening, or outdoor learning would be a great advantage.

What We're Looking For

  • A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic team player
  • A passion for supporting all children to be able to participate at the setting
  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND)
  • Experience and qualifications working with children aged 3-11 (Level 3 or above)
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
