Club Tennis Coach – East Anglia Tennis

Join East Anglia Tennis & Squash Club, a leading tennis club in East England, located in the heart of Norwich. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled tennis coach to work alongside our Head Coach and coaching team, helping to deliver and develop a high-quality tennis programme across all age groups and abilities.
The role begins with 20 hours of group coaching per week, with opportunities to expand individual coaching hours and develop additional group sessions. As the programme grows, this position can progress to a full-time role with a core of 25+ group hours, supplemented by one-to-one coaching.
You will have the opportunity to shape and enhance the programme while delivering sessions including mini tennis, junior and adult group coaching, school outreach, and holiday camps. Supported by a dynamic club environment and experienced leadership, this role offers excellent professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 20+ hours of weekly group coaching covering mini tennis, juniors, adults, and school sessions
- Collaborate with the Head Coach to develop and expand a high-quality programme that caters to all players
- Provide individual coaching sessions to complement group delivery
- Plan, assess, and adapt sessions to maintain programme quality and encourage participation growth
- Assist with holiday camps and tournaments on an ad hoc basis
- Optionally, mentor junior coaches and support their development
- Undertake additional duties as required by the coaching team and facility management

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- LTA Level 2 Coaching Qualification or above (Level 3 or higher preferred)
- Proven experience delivering tennis coaching to multiple age groups and abilities
- Ability to travel to the club and commit to all scheduled sessions
