The Client Partner plays a crucial role in developing and managing relationships with larger and more complex clients to drive revenue growth. This position requires a high degree of independence and expertise in complex technical and business matters. The Client Partner will pursue new account relationships and identify business opportunities to upsell services/products while ensuring customer retention and success.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement account strategies that maximize revenue potential, utilizing solution selling as the primary approach.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level and VP-level client contacts, becoming a trusted partner and advisor.
- Clearly articulate the company's market positioning, differentiating solutions, and how our platform can positively impact the client's business by engaging both business and technology stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to define and report on success criteria for the partnership, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Manage every aspect of the commercial relationship for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of products and services that meet client needs.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to promote satisfaction, drive retention, and ensure ongoing contract renewal.
- Secure resources and collaborate with Customer Success (CS) and Professional Services (PS) teams to exceed client expectations and expand relationships.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams regarding product and service improvements based on client feedback and market trends.
- Provide sales quotes and respond to requests for proposals, contributing to the successful growth of the client portfolio.
- Serve as the ultimate point of escalation for all issues related to assigned accounts, ensuring effective resolution and client satisfaction.
- 5-7 years of experience in client partnership, account management, or related roles, including 2-5 years in a sales capacity.
- Experience in the influencer marketing industry.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Proven track record of developing relationships with larger, complex clients and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and the marketing technology stack.
- Prior experience with influencer marketing or in a marketing SaaS environment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

This position is 100% remote, with the understanding that occasional in-person attendance may be required for trainings, meetings, and team gatherings, as determined by your manager.
Traackr employs individuals in multiple US states and countries. We use market benchmark data and geographic zones to determine our salary ranges.
