Our offices have had a fantastic year of growth, and we are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to start a career in estate agency. We are now recruiting an Apprentice Sales Negotiator to join our existing teams.

This opportunity is being offered across 5 offices located in Stamford, Oakham, Bourne, Peterborough and Melton Mowbray.

A Fully Funded Level 3 Qualification in Estate Agency

This nationally recognised qualification (equivalent to A-Level standard) will give you a strong foundation in the property industry.

You will learn:

  • The legal framework behind property sales
  • The end-to-end sales process from valuation to completion
  • How to understand property markets and pricing
  • Customer service, negotiation and communication skills
  • Compliance, property law and best practice

Your training will be delivered through structured learning modules, on-the-job coaching and regular assessments, giving you a professional qualification that can take you from apprentice to fully fledged negotiator and beyond.

About the Role

As an Apprentice Sales Negotiator, you will learn to:

  • Register purchasers both in person and over the phone
  • Speak with vendors and support valuation appointment bookings
  • Match buyers to suitable properties and encourage viewings
  • Arrange and attend property viewings
  • Support negotiation of offers between buyers and sellers
  • Liaise with surveyors, solicitors and other agents
  • Assist with managing the sales process from offer to completion
  • Work closely with our existing teams and the wider Newton Fallowell network

This is a hands-on role where you will quickly gain practical experience with real clients and properties.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Smart in appearance and professional in attitude
  • Organised and reliable, even in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Holder of a full UK driving licence with access to your own car

Hours

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm (half day in lieu provided when working a Saturday)
