Our client is one of the UK's leading suppliers of high-end furniture, tableware, and catering equipment for world-class events. They partner with some of the most respected names in hospitality, entertainment, and luxury events, delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.

Due to continued business growth, they are seeking a Client Account & Sales Executive to join their team and play a key role in building relationships, driving sales, and supporting seamless event delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the primary contact for clients – handling enquiries, orders, and service requests.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from enquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients and help drive new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure smooth delivery every time.
  • Prepare & manage quotes, proposals, and bookings.
  • Spot opportunities to upsell products and services that add value for clients.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to hit targets and deliver outstanding client service.

What We're Looking For:

  • Background in Events, Catering, Hospitality, or similar fast-paced industries is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in sales (pro-active and re-active) & client account management
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and confident in managing multiple projects at once.
  • A natural communicator with the drive to grow accounts and spot opportunities.
