Store Development Assistant

Our food stores are at the heart of our communities and our colleagues work hard each day to make sure our stores are clean and full, ready to serve our customers and members. Our Store Development team contribute to this, working with the food store teams to create new shopping experiences for our communities alongside managing the refurbishment of our existing stores.
An opportunity has now arisen for a Store Development Assistant to join Store Development Team. You will be based at the Store Development office at Lime Kiln Way, Lincoln, but will spend much of your time working at the food stores across our trading area. Generally, hours will be worked Monday to Friday between 8.00am to 6.00pm although you will be required to work evenings and weekends during refurbishment projects and to set up new builds ready for trade.
Reporting to the Store Development Manager, you will assist in all aspects of store alterations and refurbishments, maintaining a high and consistent merchandising standard throughout all projects. You will help to ensure that store developments are customer friendly at all times, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle for business use as travel will be required across our trading area.
