We're looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to drive the successful delivery of programme releases from planning through to warrant**
**y exit.

Lead detailed implementation planning, including runbooks and communicat
- ion plansCoordinate resources across internal team and thir
- d partiesEnsure governance compliance (SMAX, CDR, CAB) and secure all required
- approvalsOversee go-live activities, live proving and warranty support including incident r
- esolutionEmbed lessons learned to continually improve future
releases
You'll be a hands-on leader with strong organisational skills, able to manage complex change, communicate effectively with stakeholders and keep teams focused during high-pressure delivery windows. Flexibility for out of hours work is required to suit the needs of th
e project.
