We promote a hybrid working environment, which means you will work at our office in Manchester occasionally and then remotely from home. To enable you to work from home, you will need have a suitable office set up which includes a desk and a chair in a location which is free from the interruptions of day‑to‑day life. The role : We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to drive the successful delivery of programme releases from planning through to warranty exit. In this role you will : Lead detailed implementation planning, including runbooks and communication plans Coordinate resources across internal team and third parties Ensure governance compliance (SMAX, CDR, CAB) and secure all required approvals Oversee go‑live activities, live proving and warranty support including incident resolution Embed lessons learned to continually improve future releases You’ll be a hands‑on leader with strong organisational skills, able to manage complex change, communicate effectively with stakeholders and keep teams focused during high‑pressure delivery windows. Flexibility for out of hours work is required to suit the needs of the project.
