Summary:
At Lotus, we are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Administrator on a temporary on-going contract to join our dynamic team and help us support our workforce effectively.
HR Operations:
- Create contracts and offer letters.
- Prepare various letters, including references, mortgage letters, and salary increases.
- Process absences, including holiday, sickness, and attendance records.
- Manage employee engagement activities, including administration and reporting.
- Maintain our HR Information System (SuccessFactors) to ensure accuracy.
- Manage probationary reminders and confirmation letters.
- Organise filing and maintain employee records.
- Support HR projects as needed.
- Perform HRIS data entry.
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in coordinating candidate screenings and interview scheduling.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) - TeamTailor and SuccessFactors
- Help with contract extensions and job postings.
Employee Relations (ER):
- Maintain employee files and serve as a point of contact for inquiries.
- Provide general administration support for Learning & Development.
What you'll bring:
- Experience with SuccessFactors is essential.
- Familiarity with providing administrative support during redundancies, TUPE, and reorganisation processes.
- GCSE C grade or above in Math's and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
Additional Information:
This role will be working from our Coventry office and is fully office based.
