The Role
We're looking for a
Customer Business Manager
to lead one of our recently acquired brands for our leading high profile key accounts. This is a strategic sales role managing one of our newest brands with significant growth potential. You'll identify short and long-term opportunities, influence key stakeholders, and deliver sustainable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibility to deliver budget targets
- Develop and implement joint business plans and promotional strategies
- Drive accurate monthly sales forecasts and financial performance
- Collaborate with Marketing and Category teams to close distribution gaps and launch new products
- Negotiate pricing and promotional structures
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers
What We're Looking For
- Proven commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to build winning relationships and think creatively
- Experience in convenience retail (ideal but not essential)
