We're looking for a Business Development Project Lead to drive and operationalize global initiatives focused on pipeline creation, conversion, and acceleration. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, this highly visible role will play a critical part in how we plan, execute, and continuously optimize programs that fuel our revenue growth engine. This is a cross-functional leadership role that requires exceptional program management, strong stakeholder alignment, and a deep understanding of sales pipeline dynamics.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Business Development and Sales leadership and own strategic pipeline programs that span multiple teams, including Business Development and Sales, Demand Generation, Marketing Ops, Sales Enablement, and Sales Ops
  • Design and operationalize repeatable frameworks that unlock Seller (BDR & AE) productivity, and influence pipeline generation acceleration initiatives across regions and segments
  • Drive change management in process and tools, including problem statement clarification, scoping, solution design, delivery and ongoing utilization and iteration, in a project/program manager capacity
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and performance tracking in partnership with SalesOps to provide transparency and insights on pipeline health and program impact
  • Project manage cross-functional workstreams, ensuring that all stakeholders, from field leadership to enablement and marketing, are aligned and accountable to timelines, outcomes, and strategic goals
  • Act as the primary program lead for New Business Development initiatives, including outbound innovation, tools strategy, and cross-functional activations, supporting key operational and technical owners
  • Provide input into resource allocation and planning to ensure pipeline goals are met
  • Surface opportunities to optimize the funnel and accelerate conversion from early-stage leads to sales-qualified pipeline
WHO YOU ARE
  • You have 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or pipeline/revenue operations roles - preferably within high-growth SaaS organizations
  • Have collaborated closely with Business Development leaders on topics directly related to SDR/BDR/AE effectiveness,  have a strong grasp of B2B SaaS sales pipeline
  • A strategic thinker and strong executor, comfortable working at both 30,000 feet and at "ground level"
  • Experienced in managing complex programs with cross-functional stakeholders at a global scale
  • Strong communicator who can influence at all levels of the organization, from VP to IC
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities
