Belfast, United Kingdom Stora Full time £30,000 - £50,000 per year
What is Stora?

Stora is a self storage software platform at the forefront of a technology-led revolution in the industry. We empower self storage operators to seamlessly manage their businesses, automate processes, and drive revenue growth. In just over 4 years, we've helped hundreds of operators around the world process tens of millions in automated payments. Known as innovators in our space, we're a fast-growing team focused on making self storage better for everyone.

We host and attend self storage industry events throughout the UK and Europe—and every event needs to run like clockwork. That's where you come in.

Why this role matters

We're hiring an Events & Operations Coordinator to lead the planning and delivery of our external event logistics. From exhibitions and trade shows to end-to-end branded events and customer meet-ups, you'll take charge of making sure everything and everyone is in the right place at the right time.

You'll also support internal team coordination, light ops reporting, and customer onboarding work as needed—jumping in wherever structure and follow-through are most useful.

This is a hybrid role based in Northern Ireland, ideal for someone who's relentlessly organised, thrives on logistics, and is excited to grow into broader operations over time.

What you'll doLead external event logistics
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for industry events across the UK and Europe

  • Book travel, accommodation, and manage team schedules

  • Liaise with venues, organisers, and suppliers

  • Ensure signage, materials, and tech are delivered and ready to go

  • Maintain checklists, timelines, packing lists, and shipping plans

  • Work with the marketing team on event materials and assets

  • Track event budgets and payments

Support wider team operations
  • Coordinate travel and help organise internal team events

  • Maintain company internal documentation

  • Help compile internal reports and data

What we're looking for

You're organised, calm, and dependable. You enjoy managing moving parts and making things run on time. You're at home in spreadsheets, checklists, and shared docs—and you're confident enough to follow up, chase, and close the loop.

You'll do well here if:

  • You've led event logistics or coordinated ops-heavy projects before

  • You're highly organised, detail-oriented, and good at follow-through

  • You communicate clearly, especially in writing

  • You're eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced company

  • You're comfortable using tools like Google Sheets and Notion

  • You're based in the UK (Northern Ireland preferred)

  • Comfortable with technology and interested in AI tools

Bonus points if you've worked with Stripe, HubSpot, or supported onboarding/reporting workflows before, but not required.

Why join Stora

Stora offers a collaborative environment where you'll have room to grow. We value honesty, humility, and responsibility, and encourage everyone to contribute ideas and take ownership. As a part of Stora, you'll shape how we serve and grow with our customers in a fast-moving market.

We're ambitious but pragmatic, transparent, and team-oriented. You'll have trust, autonomy, and support.

With Learning & Development support, take the reigns on your career development and progress along a senior ops or marketing path.

What we offer
  • Competitive salary depending on experience

  • Share options

  • Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week in our Belfast office, with the rest remote

  • 35 days holiday

  • Private health insurance (for you and your family)

  • Company pension plan

  • Apple laptop and anything else you need to get the job done

  • Travel to UK and European events

  • Learning & Development support

  • Room to grow into senior ops or Chief of Staff path
