**Responsibilities**:
Contribute to Event Success:
As an Event Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of various events, including catering, fundraising, hotel, restaurant, and banquet events.

Coordinate with Excellence:
Efficiently coordinate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring all necessary supplies and services are secured to make each event a resounding success.

Create Captivating Spaces:
Use your creative touch to set up event spaces with impressive decorations, seating arrangements, and state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment.

Welcome Guests with Warmth:
Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Ensure Smooth Operations:
Monitor event activities to ensure seamless operations and handle any issues or emergencies that may arise with grace and poise.

Effortless Event Processes:
Assist with event registration, ticketing, and guest check-in processes, leaving a lasting impression on our valued attendees.

Collaborate for Success:
Join forces with the event team to develop event timelines, schedules, and run sheets, ensuring each event runs like a well-choreographed performance.

Post-Event Support:
Extend your support to post-event activities, including venue cleanup and collecting valuable feedback from attendees.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in hospitality or event management will be an advantage, though we welcome enthusiastic newcomers as well.
- Your organizational skills and keen eye for detail will make you a valuable asset to our team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong connections with clients and guests alike.
- Embrace the thrill of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and creating seamless event experiences.
- Be prepared to embrace a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure the success of our events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) will support your efficient planning and coordination efforts.
- Knowledge of contract negotiation and vendor management will be an added advantage, setting you apart from the rest.
