Park View Care Home with Nursing is looking to recruit a SENIOR HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT to work within our beautifully built care home. The successful applicant will be joining a team of staff with a reputation for putting people first.

Our close-knit team of exceptionally skilled staff are fully trained in caring for those with complex areas of both mental and physical health. We believe that all of our residents can make progress towards their goals and at Park View, we aim to aide in achieving them with the continuation of support.

· Holiday pay – 5.6 weeks per year pro-rata

The ideal candidate would be available to work days (8am until 8pm) this can be on a 24 or 36 or 48 hours per week basis. The hours will be over a 7 day week rota, which will be made available more than 3 weeks in advance.

The role:

This role will involve the effective running of the shift, including the management of the team, medication administration, updating of residential care plans, liaison with external agencies and ensuring the safeguarding of vulnerable residents.
