We're looking for a
Senior QA Engineer
who shares that mindset. Someone who views quality as a team responsibility, not just a testing phase.

The Role

You'll play a key role in shaping the quality engineering culture and embedding quality from day one across our retail platforms. You'll work in a
cloud-native environment
, focusing on scalability, performance, security, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver test strategies across functional and non-functional areas.
  • Build and maintain automated tests using
    Playwright
    .
  • Drive
    performance, load, and scalability testing
    with tools like
    k6
    .
  • Embed quality checks into
    CI/CD pipelines
    (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Use observability tools (logs, metrics, traces) for smarter system feedback.
  • Champion
    BDD
    and collaborative quality practices across teams.
  • Mentor others in modern QE methods and system thinking.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong skills in
    Playwright, Cypress or Selenium
    , with
    JavaScript/TypeScript
    experience.
  • Hands-on experience in
    cloud environments
    (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with
    API testing
    ,
    microservices
    , and
    event-driven architectures
    .
  • Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and shared team ownership of quality.
