To take things to the next level we're looking for a bold, structured, and insight-led Creative Strategist to help expand and scale one of our most strategically important growth engines. Our ideal candidate has experience of delivering amazing results in a direct to consumer business.

Your Mission

You'll be the creative brain behind our performance ads, developing the stories, messages, and ideas that make people stop scrolling and say "I need this."

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes creative — who loves finding the angle, the hook, the phrasing that resonates deeply with your audience. You'll turn insights into concepts, and concepts into ads that genuinely perform.

You'll collaborate closely with designers, editors, creators and analysts to bring structure to our testing process and push boundaries with bold, high-performing creative. This role is about making creative work harder and smarter — using data, insight and intuition to scale what drives action.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop value-led messaging that connects with what our audience cares about most — bringing Carmoola's value to life in a way that builds trust fast
  • Run a structured creative testing programme to learn what wins across channels, and scale creative that drives results
  • Lead the development of concepts, scripts, and visual direction for video, static, UGC and more, from first idea to final asset
  • Oversee ad production end-to-end: briefing editors, creators, and freelancers to bring performance creative to life, fast
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, creators and analysts to launch, learn and iterate quickly
  • Turn data into creative direction: using performance insights to shape sharper messaging, fresher ideas, and better results
  • Build our creative playbook: capturing learnings from what works (and what doesn't) to continuously raise the bar
Requirements
What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years experience in performance creative, brand marketing or creative strategy, ideally in a fast-growth D2C environment
  • A deep understanding of what makes people pay attention, engage and convert on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond
  • Proven ability to craft messaging, concepts and stories that drive real commercial impact.
  • A track record of shaping creative production - briefing, scripting, and managing creators and editors
  • Commercially minded — you understand how creative decisions impact CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate
  • Confidence working in ambiguity — you're comfortable testing, learning, and building as you go
  • A bias for action and a sharp creative point of view — you bring energy, fun and creative ideas, and ownership to the table
