Job Purpose:

The Central Client Services Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of graduation services by working closely with clients and internal teams. This role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to ensure that services are provided efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and professional approach in all interactions with clients and workers, upholding company standards and brand integrity.
  • Ensure clients and workers receive all relevant information for the smooth delivery of services.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, providing them with the necessary details to meet deadlines and service expectations.
  • Assist the Client Manager in planning and executing service delivery for larger accounts.
  • Manage client visits for smaller accounts as required, either independently or in coordination with the Client Manager.
  • Keep internal systems updated and ensure that all client agreements and worker documentation comply with legal and business regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and the carbon footprint of offsite operations.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs, taking on additional responsibilities as required.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in client services, administration, or a related field is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to service delivery.
