**Technical Sales Coordinator | Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire | Full Time**

Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, the primary purpose of the technical sales coordinator is to deliver sales growth across all of the company’s product ranges. The product range consists of a wide variety of concrete accessories and other productsfor the construction market.

**What will your role as a Technical Sales Coordinator look like?**
- Answer direct sales calls
- Support external Sales Representatives
- Service front trade-sales desk
- Respond to technical sales enquiries
- Ability to listen and clearly interpret requirements
- Developing customer relationships to identify additional sales opportunities and encourage repeat business
- Produce sales quotations and chase these through to the final outcome
- Verify invoices before postage
- Ensure credit limits are not exceeded at the time of sale
- Track and update orders
- Sage accounts, Insphire
- Liaising with Stores Person to ensure stock levels and order requirements
- Checking computer stock levels for potential sale orders
- Liaising with purchasing person
- Any other duties or responsibilities which may reasonably be asked of you by the Directors or other offices of the company in the course of its normal business
