The North American treaty team works directly with the North American offices in New York, Toronto, North Carolina, Florida and Mid-West. The team is one of the fatest growing within the Company, with this trend to continue for 2026 and beyond. Acrisure Re London has ~70 people within it.

We are looking for a Broker to join the growing team to help broke both US Property and Casualty business into the London market. They will be working with and reporting into the North American Treaty team.

How You'll Contribute

• Place XOL, QS and Aggregate structures from start to finish.
• Work closely and maintain working relationships with key US Property and Casualty market contacts.
• Establish and maintain active relationships with our clients and retail offices.
• Daily contact with brokers from Acrisure Re overseas offices to ensure needs, issues and requests are resolved satisfactorily.
• Provide London market expertise to Acrisure Re overseas offices and ensure needs, issues and requests are resolved satisfactorily.
• Determine appropriate solutions, structure, price and placement strategies that meet the clients' needs and deliver profitable business for a range of clients.

Requirements

• Reinsurance Broking experience
• Experience in US Property and/or US Casualty Reinsurance
• Confidence to engage with senior level.
• Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong market relationships with US Reinsurance markets
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
