Following the success of our flagship in Stockport, we're expanding into the Trafford Centre, and we're on the lookout for a confident, motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our management team.

You'll begin with training at our Stockport location, learning our brand standards, service flow, and guest experience before stepping into your role at Trafford.

Role Overview

As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading the front-of-house team, ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience that reflects the energy and creativity of P Louise. You'll support the management team in daily operations, lead shifts, and help maintain the café's high standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who's ready to take the next step into leadership within a growing, vibrant brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the front-of-house team during service, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead by example on the café floor — delivering friendly, professional, and engaging service at all times.
  • Motivate and guide team members, providing ongoing support and direction.
  • Assist the management team with staff training, coaching, and performance development.
  • Manage table allocations, guest flow, and reservations to optimise service.
  • Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and feedback with confidence and professionalism.
  • Maintain café presentation and cleanliness to meet P Louise brand standards.
  • Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
  • Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to ensure efficient communication during service.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Take responsibility for the café floor in the absence of senior management.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Confident in managing a team and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Able to stay calm and efficient during busy service periods.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety procedures (training provided if needed).
  • Proactive, reliable, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
