Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness

  • Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to quality standards and food safety regulations

  • Manage and train a team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers

  • Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels

  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials

  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Experience

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry

  • Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and safety standards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks

  • Experience in hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
