Als Performance Marketing Manager bist du verantwortlich für die Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung datengetriebener Paid-Media-Kampagnen mit Fokus auf Social Performance.  Du arbeitest mit renommierten Marken und interdisziplinären Teams zusammen, um messbare Ergebnisse und effiziente Kampagnenstrukturen sicherzustellen.

Paid Media Strategy: Du entwickelst kanalübergreifende Paid-Media-Strategien, berätst Kunden zu Zielen, Budgetverteilungen, Zielgruppen und Kampagnenaufbau.

Campaign Setup: Du setzt Paid-Kampagnen über verschiedene Plattformen (z. B. TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest) auf, überwachst deren Performance und stellst sicher, dass Benchmarks und KPIs erreicht werden.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Du trackst Kampagnenkennzahlen, analysierst Ergebnisse und leitest Optimierungen zur Effizienzsteigerung ab.

Reporting & Insights: Du erstellst KPI-basierte Reportings, leitest datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab und präsentierst diese intern und gegenüber Kunden.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Du arbeitest eng mit der Beratung, Strategie und Kreation zusammen, um wirkungsvolle Assets und kanalübergreifende Kampagnenlösungen zu entwickeln.

Learning & Growth: Du hältst dich über neue Plattform-Features, Trends und Tools im Bereich Social- & Performance-Marketing auf dem Laufenden, um Innovationen aktiv in Projekte einzubringen.

YOU:
  • Karriere: Du bringst mindestens 2-3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Social-Media-Marketing / Performance-Marketing mit.
  • Plattform-Expertise: Du beherrschst die Bandbreite der Online-Marketing-Plattformen.
  • Erfolgsbilanz: Du hast nachgewiesene Erfolge bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung wirkungsvoller Social-Media- und Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Du besitzt ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis von Reporting Tools sowie eine hohe Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denken.
  • Content-Planung: Du wirkst bei den Konzept- und Planungsphasen von Content durch datenbasierte Learnings mit.
  • Kommunikation: Du zeichnest dich durch hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und kannst komplexe Daten und Strategien klar und überzeugend präsentieren.
  • Teamfähigkeit: Du bist ein Teamplayer mit der Fähigkeit, in einer kooperativen Umgebung erfolgreich zu arbeiten.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
