Salary: OTE £60,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

A highly regarded and forward-thinking boutique estate agency in Wimbledon Village is looking to appoint a Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager to head up their prestigious lettings department.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Expanding the lettings portfolio through new business generation
  • Conducting market appraisals and securing new instructions
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Driving profitability and achieving branch targets
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and company standards
  • Representing the agency professionally within the local market 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Solid experience in residential lettings (minimum 2 years)
  • Previous experience in team management or mentorship
  • Confident in valuations and negotiation
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, well-presented, and results-oriented
  • Familiarity with the Wimbledon property market is a bonus
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
