What You'll Do..
As the Asset Care Manager, you will be developing, implementing and managing End to End life cycle management of operational assets and infrastructure.

You will be responsible for developing & enhancing safe maintenance activities (reactive, preventive & predictive ) to ensure equipment optimisation & cost effectiveness. Which will be achieved through the use of AI, CBM and reliability centered maintenance strategies. That will be ready to execute from the point of installation and commissioning.

You will working on the departmental roadmap from concept to operational excellence and leading a team of preservation and improvement engineers to deliver a world class continuous improvement approach to Asset Care Management.

The UK business headquarters is in the Midlands and we are currently building a battery manufacturing facility in Bridgwater, Somerset.

What You'll Bring...

  • Time served in the management, development & implementation and management of CMMS, SAP, ERP, MES and other operational management systems
  • Experienced in the development & optimization of AI/CBM and asset management.
  • Strong problem solver utilizing industry problem solving techniques
  • Ability to identify and implement opportunities to improve cost effectiveness
  • A strong leader with the capability to coach and mentor teams to deliver strategic direction
  • FMCG experience in battery manufacturing or Food & Drink, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals and/or other regulated process / production industries
  • Change control
  • Trained in safety standards UKCA/CE, IOSH, COSHH, DSEAR (desirable)
