Where will you be working?
At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We're problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.
What will you be doing?
This role is all about keeping things running smoothly across two busy sites—HPC and Junction 24. You'll be the key person making sure offices are stocked, safe, and tech-ready, while also helping teams stay organised.
You'll support project updates, coordinate reports, and keep documentation in check. There's lots of collaboration with managers, engineers, and subcontractors to keep communication flowing.
You'll also handle inductions, training records, and onboarding for new staff, including welders and firewatchers.
It's a mix of logistics, planning, and people support—perfect for someone who loves keeping everything connected and ticking along.
What you'll bring:
- Experienced in office or operations management, especially in construction or engineering settings
- Exceptionally organised and great at multitasking
- Friendly communicator with strong people skills
- Comfortable using project tools like Fieldview and MTA PIMS
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and document control systems
- Familiar with large infrastructure and nuclear projects
- Understands fabrication workflows and site logistics
- Knowledgeable about health and safety in industrial environments
