About the role

Ready to take your occupational therapy career to the next level? We're looking for a Band 7 Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our community team. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality assessments and interventions in patients' homes, supporting a wide range of needs including medical, orthopaedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Your work will be varied and impactfulhousing assessments, adaptations, moving and handling, functional assessments, and falls and frailty management. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and have the time and space to provide truly person-centred care.
