**About the role and our team**

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and supportive Bank Specialist Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our team within Children's Therapy Services.

You will be joining our integrated therapy team consisting of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy. We’re a friendly, dynamic team and we have good links with colleagues in the North West of England, especially Alder Hey in the Park Children's Hospital.

In this role you will focus on assessing, developing and implementing speech and language therapy intervention to children. This may involve working across schools on the Island and within the Pre-School Assessment Centre, which provides support to children with learning and behavioural difficulties. There will also be the opportunity to work within clinics, offering a varied and interesting caseload.

**Additional information**

Please note an enhanced with barring police check is required for this post, which the Manx Care will cover the cost of for you.

A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required for this role. A uniform will also be provided.
