Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and meet our high standards. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Duties

  • Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
  • Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure surfaces are cleaned thoroughly.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
  • Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate clear communication.
  • Ability to drive is preferred for travelling between different cleaning sites.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
