Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a medical centre ensuring a welcoming environment for all. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, Doctors rooms and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to meet health and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used effectively and stored safely.
- Communicate with clients and staff to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
