The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering key areas of rewards and benefits, with a particular focus on fleet management and job grading projects. You'll work closely with the HR team and senior stakeholders, ensuring that the company's compensation and benefits structures remain competitive and efficient.

As the business looks to refine its fleet management processes and introduce a job grading system, this role will provide the opportunity to be involved in key strategic initiatives while also handling the day-to-day administration of employee benefits.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including private medical insurance, life insurance schemes, and other reward programs
  • Support the coordination of fleet management, ensuring smooth processes, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a structured job grading system in collaboration with external consultants
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee benefits queries, providing clear guidance and support
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline rewards administration

What You Bring to the Role

  • At least 2 years of experience in rewards, benefits, fleet management, or job grading or a generalist role
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of job grading and compensation structures
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A solutions-driven approach and the willingness to get involved in both strategic and hands-on tasks
