Salary: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)

Heart of Supply have the honour of recruiting enthusiastic, compassionate, and proactive experienced Teaching Assistants to join our team and make a genuine difference in schools across Lincoln.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be the guiding hand that helps individual pupils thrive by offering support, encouragement, and a listening ear when it's needed most. Whether it's a one-day placement or a long-term role, you'll bring energy, empathy, and creativity to every classroom you step into.

What you'll need:

• Experience supporting children or young people in a classroom, childcare, or youth setting
• A calm, compassionate presence that helps build trust with pupils and supports a confident, steady approach to managing challenging behaviour
• Confidence working under the direction of a class teacher to support learning and behaviour
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow guidance and use your initiative
• A willingness to adapt and personalise learning or support strategies
• A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant, Early Years, or similar) is desirable but not essential for experienced candidates
• An understanding of SEND, EHCPs, or SEMH (desirable)
