The Opportunity
I am looking to speak with project professionals who have a solid residential background-ideally with experience in prime or super-prime developments. You'll take ownership of projects, work closely with discerning clients, and contribute to schemes that truly stand out in the market. You'll also benefit from a culture that actively supports progression and continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing residential development projects from early stages through completion
• Acting as a key client interface, building strong, trusted relationships
• Overseeing project delivery, programme, risk, cost, and stakeholder management
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues where required
• Ensuring exceptional standards of delivery in line with the consultancy's reputation

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the residential sector
• Experience in high-end, prime or super-prime residential projects is highly desirable
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and driving successful outcomes
• Ambitious, professional and eager to contribute to a growing, forward-thinking team
