Senior IT Business Development Manager

Location: Hybrid / Field-Based – Ideally between Nottingham & Oxford

Salary: £50,000+ basic + £5,000 car allowance | Uncapped OTE £120k+

We're working with a well-established and highly respected telecom, mobile, and connectivity provider to find a Senior IT Business Development Manager who can help launch a brand-new IT Managed Services division. This isn't just another sales role – it's a chance to shape a division from the ground up and make a real impact.

The Role:

You will sell IT Managed Services to an existing loyal customer base while securing new business opportunities. You'll work closely with the leadership team to influence strategy, drive growth, and deliver real MRR results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell Managed IT Support, Backup & Disaster Recovery (BDR), Microsoft 365 Licensing, Azure / AWS / VMware Environment Management, Cybersecurity Managed Services, Network Management & WiFi, and Migration Services (Email, Server, Cloud)
  • Maintain and grow strong customer relationships
  • Win new business and expand the company's footprint in IT Managed Services
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape the division's strategy and future growth
