We are now looking to welcome a passionate Mid-Senior Developer to our tight-knit team to help us build cutting-edge solutions using the latest technologies in our stack, including .NET Core, , and Azure SQL.

What You'll Do:

You'll be involved in exciting greenfield web applications, taking them from concept to delivery and building scalable, high-performance systems from scratch while scaling our in-house platforms that will change the face of Remote in the future. Our projects require creativity and precision, allowing you to have a tangible impact on global brands and innovative internal products. In addition, you'll:

  • Architect and develop scalable web and mobile applications.

  • Collaborate in agile cross-functional teams, contributing to sprint planning and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise to foster a learning environment.

  • Drive continuous improvement, influencing technical direction and best practices across the team.

  • Contribute to the growth and enhancement of our in-house SaaS platform.

  • Help shape our technology stack by staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.

What We're Looking For:

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in software development, specialising in C# .NET Core and React.

  • Are experienced in creating robust, maintainable, and scalable systems in an agile environment.

  • Have a passion for mentoring and guiding others in your team.

  • Take pride in delivering clean, efficient code and are comfortable with code reviews.

  • Are knowledgeable in Azure and cloud-based infrastructure, with expertise in tools like Git, SQL Server, and DevOps pipelines.

  • Are eager to continuously learn and adapt, embracing new technologies and methodologies.

Desirable skills:

  • Familiarity with TypeScript, Umbraco CMS, and modern front-end frameworks.

  • Experience in mobile application development with React Native.
