Holiday Bookings Administrator
Lochs & Glens Holidays require a bookings administrator to join our team in Gartocharn.
Main duties will include handling customer enquiries (by telephone, e-mail and post), making bookings over the phone and dealing with online bookings. The job involves processing bookings from enquiry stage to final confirmation and a high level of customer care must be delivered at all times.
We are looking for a polite, professional and helpful candidate who is a quick learner with excellent communication skills. You must be able to adapt to new computer systems, comply with legislation regarding GDPR and FCA regulations, as well as following all company procedures and health and safety policies.
The position is full time (including some Saturdays) therefore must be fully flexible.

Job Location: School Road, Gartocharn, West Dunbartonshire
Experience preferred but not essential as full training is provided. Some computer knowledge would be an advantage.
Own transport is essential due to location.
