Summary

Reporting to the Team Leader in Portsmouth, you will be working within a small team on our customers site, ensuring customer requirements are carried out via schedules in a timely, safe and efficient manner covering all core activities (Receipt, storage, put away, picking and shelf life/ stock management and Despatch processes). Training will be provided where necessary.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure goods are received and put away in good order and in a timely manner.
  • To ensure customer requirements – kits are delivered on time, in full.
  • Ensure Despatch of items in a timely manner
  • Optimize storage.
  • To establish and maintain customer relationships to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • To have the ability to demonstrate the willingness and enthusiasm to use initiative.
  • The role involves liaising with the customer face to face so good communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail is required for accurate records to be maintained

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a cleanroom / warehouse environment is desirable.
  • Customer facing experience – preferred.
  • You must be able to demonstrate a five-year history and pass security checks
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and manage conflicting demands and problem solving.
