Salary: OTE: £40,000 per annum

Worth Recruiting are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator / Lister to join a successful independent estate agency in Bromley.

The ideal candidate will be an instruction winner with a strong track record in residential property sales and lettings. This is a role for a confident professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, deliver results, and help grow market share while providing outstanding client service. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Winning new instructions for sales and lettings
  • Handling property viewings and negotiations
  • Delivering excellent customer service to vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants
  • Driving business growth and maintaining strong local market presence
  • Managing the full sales and lettings process from instruction to completion
  • Working closely with team members to achieve office targets
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legislation 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven experience as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator / Lister
  • Strong instruction-winning and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confident, articulate, and professional presentation
  • Positive attitude with ambition and self-motivation
  • Knowledge of Bromley and surrounding areas (advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
