This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Security Engineer-Remote in EMEA.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the security posture of global products, ensuring robust protection against evolving threats. You will lead initiatives across the software development lifecycle, applying best practices in secure architecture, threat modeling, and vulnerability remediation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design innovative security solutions, enhance processes, and empower developers with secure coding knowledge. This position requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to diverse stakeholders. You will influence how secure practices are embedded into DevOps, cloud environments, and SaaS platforms while contributing to the continuous improvement of security operations. Success in this role combines technical excellence with leadership, advocacy, and a proactive mindset to safeguard users worldwide.

Accountabilities:

• Gérer l'intégration des meilleures pratiques de sécurité tout au long du cycle de vie du développement logiciel.

• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des outils, processus et solutions de sécurité innovants pour détecter et corriger les vulnérabilités.

• Réaliser des architectures sécurisées, modélisations de menaces, tests d'intrusion et revues de code sur les applications web et mobiles.

• Collaborer avec les équipes de développement, d'exploitation et d'architecture pour intégrer la sécurité dans les pratiques DevOps.

• Diriger les initiatives de formation et documentation sur la sécurité pour les équipes transverses et accompagner la remédiation des vulnérabilités.

• Travailler avec des équipes produit et d'ingénierie mondiales ainsi que des partenaires externes pour coordonner les rapports de vulnérabilité et les programmes de divulgation.

• Conseiller les parties prenantes sur la priorisation des vulnérabilités, l'adoption de standards de codage sécurisé et les protocoles cryptographiques avancés.

Requirements


• Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en sécurité des applications web, avec connaissance approfondie des vulnérabilités, techniques d'exploitation et stratégies de remédiation.

• Expertise en cryptographie appliquée, modélisation de menaces, évaluation de vulnérabilités (y compris notation CVSS et tests d'intrusion).

• Expérience dans la sécurisation de pipelines SSDLC et CI/CD et mise en place de processus de sécurité pour des bases de code à grande échelle.

• Compétences en programmation, idéalement Python, et capacité à expliquer des concepts de sécurité complexes à des publics techniques et non techniques.

• Expérience avérée de travail transversal et collaboratif, incluant la gestion de programmes de divulgation responsable, bug bounty, et sécurité cloud/SaaS.

• Capacité à anticiper, résoudre et communiquer sur les risques de sécurité de manière proactive.

• Fortes compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et en résolution de problèmes dans des environnements dynamiques et multiculturels.
