As our next Strategy & Operations Lead, you'll help scale and optimise our advertising technology and monetisation products, from sponsored listings to emerging digital formats. You'll use data analysis and experimentation to uncover growth opportunities, improve product performance, and inform how we prioritise and deliver new capabilities. Partnering closely with Product, Engineering and Data teams, you'll help design smarter systems, build scalable operating models, and create insights that drive sustainable revenue and better outcomes for trades and advertisers alike.
Forget long lists, here's what you'll actually spend your time on:
- Delivering strategic initiatives across the advertising business - from opportunity spotting to execution
- Improving performance metrics like advertiser engagement, campaign quality, and conversion through deep analysis and stakeholder alignment
- Redesigning internal processes that support the advertiser journey - from onboarding to retention
- Leading operational workstreams to scale adoption of Sponsored Listings, Directories and other media products
- Partnering with Commercial and Product teams to make sure we're ready to launch and land new initiatives
- Turning data into action through dashboards, insights and trends
- Owning the CRM lifecycle for all digital media products - keeping every touchpoint visible and effective
- Coordinating with Sales, Account Management and Support to keep everyone aligned and working towards the same goals

- 2+ Years of experience in consulting, strategy, business ops or a fast-moving scale-up environment (experience in advertising or digital platforms is a plus)
- A knack for strategic thinking - able to define problems, structure work, and focus execution on what matters
- An analytical mindset - you're great at digging into data and spotting trends that drive action
- Operational rigour - you like building structure out of ambiguity and improving how things run
- Commercial awareness - you can weigh up business goals with operational needs and know when to push or pause
- Confidence in cross-functional collaboration - especially across Product, Sales, Marketing and Analytics
- Clear communication and strong influencing skills - you bring clarity and momentum to complex topics
- A bias for action - you're a self-starter who gets things done
